As to the gamble or the public lottery,we’ll always lose with a point of view on the expected value,but we buy our dream,if thinking so it may be all right.

There is something important which we have to be careful on the expected value and at the same time it’s the attention on the concept of the whole probability,we must not interpret the expected value that we can always get the profit with only one trial. It’s the average on the profit and loss when repeating the same trial. It’s just that we can hope or expect it.
