【The state of North Carolina】

《The feeling which is familiar with them in the traditional culture and the industry of tobacco.》

There is a trace of the human being living there about ten thousand years ago,but agriculture seemed to start around B.C. 500,and when the white of European ancestry arrived there in the 16th century,it is said that the Native American cultivated a corn or soy bean.

The English King,Charles Ⅰ drew up the vast land which includes the modern part of Georgia and Florida,and he named the place Carolina,which was connected with his Latin name. It’s the origin of the state,and when divided into the north and south in 1712,the part of the north becomes the North Carolina.

The whole state is composed of three states of which character is different. The state expands from the east and west,if saying from the western area,the poor area of Appalachians,Piedmont basin which is flat center area,and the plain on the shore which has moisture.
