【A trouble】

I’ve had a pain in the back. I’m afraid it prevents me from expressing myself in English here. When sitting on the floor and describing this thread,I’m suffering from the pain. I’m wondering the harder I try to express this thread,the worse my health becomes,so I’m sure I should refrain from doing it.
