In short Stalin lost both the western area in Berlin and Western Germany.

［Two of German both of east and west were formed］

The repeated counterattack by Soviet made America, England, France give up the trial of building unification of Germany.

The western side of Germany where the three countries occupied was formed as Germany September in 1949.

On the other hand the eastern side of Germany where Soviet occupied was also organized as Germany under a despotic politica party October in the same year. Thus Germany became a divided nation.
