As a result,lots of people handled the image of the seabird as if it had been evidence for environmental disruption by Iraq.

However it proved that there was high possibility that the place where the image of the seabird was taken was plenty of the crude oil,which was spilt out by an attack of the multinational force.

This time there was a criticism that this was that America manipulated information at will, but there wasn't clear evidence for it.

In short the image or picture which symbolized the war is tragic got out of control,being against the aim whose person broadcast.
