In short,uranium becomes a close and precise structure.We call it a 燃料体.Au first,二酸化 uranium changes into black pellet.The pellet is a small grain.Its diameter and height is 1centimeter.😃

A lot of the pellets are stuffed into a circular cylinder.The cylinder is made from zilcaloy.The zilcaloy is alloy of zirconium.We call the cylinder the fuel rod.☝

We tie some fuel rods up in a bundle.We call it the 燃料体.It's a quadratic prism 四角柱,and its height is about 4meters.We lay the 燃料体 in a nuclear reactor.😚

《Uranium's property.》

While the uranium is familiar with us as kind of fuel,it seems that we have little knowledge on its other property.☝

It's silver white metal,and its melting point 融点 is 1130℃.The melting point means that the temperature of solid matter begins to melt.Iron is 1535℃,copper 1084℃,so roughly speaking,the uranium is close to the copper in relation to the melting point.💡
