【Fauvism 野獣派 and a painter,佐伯祐三】

Fauvism is a kind of movement of painters such as Matisse and Vlaminck in Frnce in the beginning of the 20th century.😃

As adopting violent touch and vivid primary colors,the painters were ,so to speak fauve 野獣.🐻

By the way, I'm wondering if the word of fauve is French.😚

Yuzo Saeki who was a Japanese painter became a pupil of Vlaminck.Yuzo had never established a style of his own painting yet then.😠

He painted scene in everyday lives with pointed sensitivity and wild 奔放な touch.He was suffering from tuberculosis 結核 and was dead at Paris.💀

While Yuzo used to be an imitator of Renoir or Cezanne,Vlaminck became an artist through self-study 独習 without receiving formal education of art.He respected Gogh and feature of his paintings was colors as if the colors had been thrown against the campus.☀

When casting a glance at some paintings of yuzo for the first time, Vlaminck was enraged.😤
