There are lots of words of foreign origin around us, but needless to say,none of them didn't used to be familiar with until those words were firmly established.🔤

The word of fauve was also one of the words of foreign origin for English speaker, I'm wondering.😚

The English language is different from the French one as a matter of course, but it seems that some of English words similar to French one,for example,two words of your French phrase,『de』and 『periode』.

I'm wondering 『de』means the and 『periode』is period.I'm wondering English language has been influenced ay French one.😃
