Air conditionings are turned on all at once during daytime in summertime when the temperature becomes high, and necessary electricity increases then.

Tokyo electric power company repaired an old thermal power plants and making them operate, and the electricity was sent from other power company in other district so as to prepare for the electricity in summertime in 2011. It also called large scale companies to save electricity.
