The charge for the IP telephone call depends on whether or not a person who we try to call up takes part in the provider of the IP telephone.😃

If we and the person join in the same provider of the IP phone,or it enters into a contract of tie up of free from charge,we don't have to pay for its charge.😃

If the person doesn't enter into the contract of tieup of free from charge,or we telephone the ordinary phone,its charge will be as same as the city call.☎

When telephoning a cellphone,or PHS,their charges will comparatively a little higher than the ordinary phone,but it will be cheaper than other charge which we telephone with the ordinary phone.😃

By the way,I've never heard on the telephone of interne protocol until I expressed this response.😳
