The neutron which has just emitted from the nuclear fission is a fast one which is full of kinetic energy 運動エネルギー,so it doesn't react with uranium 235 very much.If we want to make the two substance react very much,we need to reduce the neutron's speed.☝

There are some ways to reduce motion speed of substance.If it's an automobile,we'll put on the brakes.If it has an electric charge,we'll pull it with static electricity,or push back with repulsion 反発 of the static electricity.😃
