As for atoms of semiconductor,the ones of silicon and copper oxide of second 亜酸化銅 are usually connected with their atomic nuclears firmly.🙋

However its connection became weak with specific stimulation such as light or heat,so the atoms become easy to stray off their orbits.😚

When increasin voltage to the conductor,unrestricted electrons in the conductor flow with same directions all together,and the electric current sends.⚡

Contrary to it,when increasing voltage to a circuit of the conductor which an insulator is put between them,the electric current isn't sent at all,for atoms of the insulator are connected with its atomic nuclear so firmly that the electric current never sends.😁
