The situation in being lack of reserved energy power continues, so we can't cancel the fear of falling into the black out. Except for the Tokyo Electric Power Company, other ones have been worried about the same problem.

The atomic power plant was under periodical inspection, so it's not clear when it started again, on the other hand, other nuclear power plants which operate will be under periodical inspection soon, so the outlook on supplying electricity is hard to foresee.
