【Gratin】

A gratin has been firmly established in Japan as home cooking.It's a French cooking.🍴

The word of the gratin originates from the French,『ｸﾞﾗｯﾃ』.It means shaving in English.☀

When a cook made some white sauce, it shaved scorched part of the white sauce on the edge of a pot and ate it.😃

He found it tasty,so he improved it a little and completed it as one dish.☀

When eating the gratin,there are lots of people whose the most pleasures are to eat scorched part of cheese and white sauce which left on the edge of a dish.😍
