Some people say like next.『With more knowledge about Christanity,we could enjoy our trip to Europe』When standing in front of paintings which are filled with inspiration of Christanity and solemn great chapel😃

It is regrettable that I've never been abroad and I won't, but I want to know about the Christanity.💡


As for the best part ｻﾜﾘ of the Bible,I hear it is interesting as a reading matter,so I'm going to try to express it in English at next my thread.🔤



I've read a book about the old Testament 旧約聖書 before.At the first chapter suggested its readers they should say『ｱｲﾔ～ﾖｯ』⁉


The old Testament starts from some names such as ｱﾌﾞﾗﾊﾑ､ｲｻｸ､ﾔｺﾌﾞ､and ﾖｾﾌ in turns.『ｱｲﾔ～ﾖｯ』means taking each of one letters of the angular Japanese phonetic syllably ｶﾀｶﾅ of the names,ｱﾌﾞﾗﾊﾑ､ｲｻｸ､ﾔｺﾌﾞ and ﾖｾﾌ😁


When trying to express the old Testament, I remember the book.😃



I'm going to finish my third diary.Lots of people seem to have read it,and I'm grateful for them,especially,for 幸せものさん,to it.Thanks😁

【行ってらっしゃい,ただいま and おかえりなさい】


As for an answer to the Japanese phrase,『行ってきます』,there are various responnses such as『Bye』or『See you』😃


There are next phrases which substitute for the Japanese phrase,『行ってらっしゃい』😃


We say to a child who is going to school,『Come straight home』and to one of family member who is going to take a trip『Take care』


As for the Japanese phrase,『ただいま』,there are no conventional English phrase.If trying to translate it literally,『I'm back』or『I'm home』😃


Those phrases are,if anything どちらかと言えば,adopted with next situation.When we come home,no one recognizes.😚


『I've just come home』.When we call like it,we adopt the phrase.😃



We use next phrase for a person who come back from its travels.『Welcome back』😊



We say next phrase to a child who come back from his school『How was your school?』and to a person who come back from its work『How was your work?』😃



We need to change the way of speaking,according to its situation.💡

There were all sorts of painters who have personalities 個性的な in the Impressionism.😃


Monet who earnestly sought for light.Renoir who loved beautiful ladies.Degas who wasn't interested in a landscape at all,but tried to capture an instant movement of a woman in the nude or a dancer.Seurat who analyzed colors scientifically and was good at sketch 点描.🙋


As for the sketch 点描,it resembles a mosaic which is very beautiful and exquisite.😃


I've watched the sketch 点描 only once at a gallery.I thought it was beautiful.I was impressed with it,though I wasn't moved by it at all.😚


I'm just an amateur and have little knowledge about paintings, but I think I should make much of what I feel.💡

【行ってきます】


We use this phrase every day, but there are no conventional English expressions for the Japanese one.😃



Needless to say,when we leave home,there are varied phrase for greeting.🙋


『I'll be leaving now』seems to be similar to 『行ってきます』,but 『Bye』,『See you』,or『See you later』are also all right.💡


We have to be careful of next thing.☝ We use the Japanese phrase『行ってきます』when we go to work every day or when we go on a trip for a month.



However,when we try to express the two situation,we should add time or place to the phrases.🙋



For example,『See you tonight』or『See you next month』.Then our feeling of wanting to see is sent to others.💡


By the way,how are you? 幸せものさん😃



I hope you are all right.As for my last remark for you, I wasn't intend to make fun of your behaviors which you helped lots of people who had difficulty.😣

When telling someone a road,we usually say the person with the word ofright or left.😃


Instead of them, the people in Kyoto use the word of 『上ﾙ､下ﾙ』.They recognize both their own positions and north,south,east and west exactly.😃



When travelling to Kyoto,we should follow the people's example in Kyoto and be conscious of directions which we face,then we may not lose our ways.💡



When comparing the word of 『通』and 『筋』in Osaka with 『上ﾙ』『下ﾙ』in Kyoto, I find the difference between them interesting.😁


By the way, I tried to express the word of 『上ﾙ』『下ﾙ』word for word, but it's meaningless,I'm sure.😣



Even if they are kinds of dialect or the standard language,in short,they are Japanese words,so if I try to say them in English,they mean same.😩

【上ﾙ、下ﾙ、what's a secret hidden in a unique address of Kyoto?】



In general,in a guidebook,when being introduced a place of a store,for example, it's described『渋谷区○○町××ー××ー××』 like that.😃

○○ is a name of a town and×× is house number 番地.Contrary to it,in another guidebook for Kyoto is described like next.😃


『上京区△△通□□上ﾙ』



Neither a name of a town nor a house nunber are described.Some people may be taken aback, but the more they learn to know Kyoto, the more they recognize the way of describing is useful.💡



As to △△, it's a name of a street.To be exact,a place where two streets cross.😃



For example,『堀川通一条』means a place where a street of 堀川通 and 一条通 cross.😃


As for the address of Kyoto, 『上ﾙ』means being in the north.In Kyoto,going for north is expressed 『上ﾙ』,going for south is 『下ﾙ』,going for east is『東入ﾙ』and going for west is『西入ﾙ』💡


At the center of Kyoto,its streets run north,south,east and west as if they were squares of go board 碁盤の目,so its way of calling is useful.😃

They didn't used to talk both words,『通』and 『筋』properly.They used to adopt『筋』more than 『通』☀



In the Meiji era,when having been readjusted the division of the lands区画整理 ,using both『通』and『筋』clearly.🙋



After that,when calling a new road,they decided to call it,according to a law,『通り』means runs east and west and 『筋』means leads south and west to.😃


By the way,when showing four directions by turn in Englis, English speakers usually north,south,east and west in turn,according to my electoronic dictionary.It's a kind of idiom in English, I'm sure.💡


Contrary to it,we usually the four directions『東西南北』in turn. The difference between the two of them are a little interesting to me.💡

【Roads in Osaka prefecture.The difference between 『筋』and 『通』】


If we are strangers somewhere, we'll be easy to lose our way.Country people say the roads in the center of Tokyo are hard to understand.😣


As for the roads in Tokyo,if going into a back street from a main street,the road suddenly changes into a one-way traffic sometimes,so we end up not going out of it.🚗


Let's suppose a kind person in Tokyo told us to go straight down ○○street,but the name itself of the street happened to change on the way.😥


Osaka prefecture is also a great city like Tokyo, but main streets are relatively easy to understand.💡


They call the roads two kinds of way,『通』and 『筋』in the Osaka .According to the ways of calling the them,they can recognize each direction of north,south,east and west.💡



For instance,as to the 『通』such as 『中之島通』or『淀川通』,it means the roads which lead to east and west.😃


Contrary to it,as for 『筋』such as 『心斎橋筋』,『堺筋』,it means the roads run to north and south.🙋

However they have to guide their friends who live in other prefectures sometimes when their friends ask them to guide the 異人館 for them.😱


Then they have to change their shoes. They have to put on a pair of shones.Then they go for the 異人館 as if they went for a picnic. It's natural for them.😁

【Why do people in Kobe try not to go to a noted place 名所 of sightseeing,神戸異人館？】


As few people in Tokyo go up what is called the Tokyo tower,few people in Kobe go to what is called 神戸異人館.😃



It's a highlight of sightseeing,but they have no business to go to see it,besides there are steeply slopes around the 神戸異人館,so going to see it makes the people in Kobe wear out.😣


異人館 is Western mansion which was built as residence of Europeans and Americans from the last daxs of the Tokugawa shogunate 幕末 to the Meiji era.🇺�



Their mansions were built up in their settlements 居留地 and they were in high ground.🇫�


The Western people in those days used to go down the slopes from their mansions in the high ground,and go to their workplace in present seafront.🇬�


When having finished their work,they used to return to the high ground through steeply slopes on foot.🇩�


Needless to say,we have to go up the steeply slopes in order to visit the 異人館．💨

【Impressionism 印象主義】



When the shogunate government 幕府 of Edo era was ruined by the Restoration of Imperial Rule 大政奉還 in Japan, Impressionism was being tried to develop in France🇫�


Painters of the Impressionism tried to represent what they had seen actually faithfully.😃


To be exact,they belonged to Realism.They watched outside the world with new sensitivity.🙋


They would have tried to recreate instant imressions such as change of light and trembling of the air rather than shapes of things.☝



The works of the Imressions in which vivid colors and bold and unrestrained touch became by far brighter than what it used to be.✨



If touch of some pictures before Courbet, one of typical painters of the Realism,is the color of coffee,other touch of other ones of typical painter of the Impressionism,Manet,became another color of coffee in which milk was put.Degas who was also one of typical painter of the Impressionism said like that.😃

Paintings are watching and feeling for the people who appreciate them.They don't always have to have some comments on the work of art.😃



When being moved by something wonderful,they don't always have to have some comments on them, I'm wondering.It's just that it's enough to bemoved 😚



However then they are apt to tell their deep impression to others.The more they are moved,the more they become eloquent, and it's worthy of their eloquence, I'm sure.😃


Neither I have any chance to see works of art nor I try to go to see them for a gallery,so I'm sure I have to make use of lots of chance to see the works of art.😃


When expressing works of art, I referred to a book,and there are some photographs of the work of art printed in the book.😃


As for their size,almost all of the photographs are reduced, so I found it hard to recognize the worth of the work of art.😔



I hope I can be moved by a splendid the work of art some day.😁

【Gericault】


『Gericault was a painter who abandoned an imaginary theme and sent us messages from reality』



Gericault was a painter who didn't watch a myth and religion but reality as his theme.😃


He was interested in unusual things such as death and madness so much that even his friend, Delacroix,was surprised at him.💀


The people were shocked with his masterpiece,『a raft いかだ of the ﾒﾃﾞｭｰｻ号』which was collected data based on a real event and represented.


Contrary to it,some other people who assumed sublime 崇高な paintings such as heroes worthy found that the painting of miserable victims was just ugly.😒


His works in which horses were painted are well-known.He loved riding a horse, but he fell from his horse.It caused him to be dead.🐎



Gogh praised wors of Gericault『Figures in his works have their back which were firm.I feel as if there were atmosphere around figures and come out of the paintings.』😃


I'm wondering it means the figures are three-dimensional.His remark reminds me another thing.😃

【Turner】


『Turner is an English landscape painter who represented light and atmosphere abstractly』 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
Turner is one of painters of Romanticism, but there are all sorts of Romanticism.😃


While Gericault and Delacroix of French painters were attracted with human dramas, Turner was enchanted by natural dramas,like the other English,if being exaggerated,being engrossed in the universal energy.🌴



It was not　just a landscape but the atmosphere like unknown one and creature of what is called SFX movie that a leading role in his landscape.🙋


His paintings in which light,colors and shapes were represented in complete harmony were ahead of the Impressionism 印象派 no less than 30 years.👏


While he was a fantastic painter,he was poor. He seemed to be proud of being poor.😃


One day a nobleman who respected Turner as a mentor brought a painting of the nobleman. Turner looked at it and admired😚



『It's wonderful,but you are lacking in only one thing to be a great painter. It's poverty』😃

For the life of you,if you think you are too shy to say like that as a Japanese,there are these two ways of saying next.🙋


How about saying,『I brought you a little somethin』or 『I hope you like it』😃



Not only 『つまらないものですが』but also 『粗茶』is odd if we try to translate them word for word.When serving a person with a tea with a word of 『粗茶です』,we never think so.🍵


As for a conventional Japanese phrase for serving tea,『I hope you like green tea』is ok.🍵



When asking someone its favorite beverage such as coffee or tea,and served someone with it,there is a way of saying.『Here's your coffee』☕


By the way,roughly speaking,we can express a response with no more than 1400 characters,but it depends.As for me,I can express the thread with 1024 characters.😚



As for the number of the letters,nothing has changed at all.Does the ﾐｸﾙ really become more useful? I'm not sure of it.😔



As to the ﾐｸﾙ I'm not sure what kind of things have improved.😚

【御馳走様 and つまらないものですが 】



As to Japanese phrase 『御馳走様』which we say after a meal,『Thank you for the delicious dinner』is all right.🍖


Though the phrase isn't also an English conventional expression at all,so we have to change its way of saying such as breakfast or dinner.🍞


As for an answer 『お粗末様』to 『Thank you for the delicious dinner』,『You are（ quite) welcome』is all right.😃


If we want to emphasize a feeling of modesty,there is a way of saying like 『Well,it was no banquet.』,though it hasn't been adopted so much😚.


When sending a present to others,we usually adopt of saying,『つまらないものですが』it's a unique Japanese way.🎁


When sending the present to others,even we Japanese will be looking for the present which will be pleased with the others,taking pains,so we'll never think it's trivial at all.😉


When sending a presents to our children,we never say they are trivial.Let's change the way of idea about-face 180度.😃


We should say with confidence like next.『I found something really nice for you』👍

【お陰様で and 頂きます】


As fos the sentence,『How are you doing?』,if receiving an expression of other's sympathy お見舞いの言葉 when we are sick in bed,we usually omit the part of 『for asking』😚


As for another Japanese phrase,『頂きます』,it's also hard to express its nuance in English,for there aren't any English conventional phrase which are equal to the Japanese one,『頂きます』😣



In short,in Britain and the United States,they say a prayer before a meal,or when a person like a host starts to eat at a meal,others also starts to do.🍚


Contrary to it,we Japanese who are get used to say 『頂きます』 before a meal,we are apt to think we have no manners and we can't compose ourselves.落ち着かない😚


It's just a customary difference betwee us and them,the English and the Americans.If we want to say something before a meal,a phrase of『Everything looks so delicious』will be pleased with them.🇬�🇺�

【おかげさまで】


We Japanese often use the word of 『おかげさまで』in our every day lives.We can use the word in both of cases whether or not someone really helpes us.😃


Contrary to it,when speaking English,we have to distinguish the difference between them.☝



For instance,if we say like next,『Thanks to you,my son passed the entrance exam.』, it would mean someone helped my son to study for an exam or my son bought his way into the school 裏口入学 😚


On the other hand,when someone asks us like next,『Did your son pass the entrance exam』,if we will answer it with a nuance of the Japanese word,(お陰様で）we should say like next.🙋


『Thanks for asking. Yes,he did.』In short,it means we are grateful to someone for kind consideration and asking us about the exam.😺



This is the closest expression to the Japanese one,『お陰様で』,therefore,when someone asks us like next,『How are you doing』,if we reply to it with the nuance of 『お陰様』,we should say like next.😃



『Thanks for asking.I'm fine』

ところで、‘of’や‘de’を、わざわざ付けない事も多い為、 🇫�で‘de’が出現したからと言って、直ぐ様、🇺�で‘of’に置き換えるのは間違いの元になります。

【A comic of Gallery Fake】


When expressing some works of art,I refer to some books and one of them is a comic book.Its title is Gallery Fake.😃


I should express how interesting the comic is,but to my sorrow,I have little knowledge about the works of art.😔


For example,I used to express one of works of Millet,『A person who has been waiting for someone』and an episode of Yuzo Saeki,and as for those remarks of mine, I referred to the Gallery Fake.😳

Suddenly an indication that within 700 of full-size character 全角文字 appeared on the screen of my cellphone when expressing English here.I can't understand its situation, for I always adopt half size character when expressing English.😣


I'm sure I have to describe English for a while,looking at a number at upper right.

【What kinds of nuclear reaction are there?】


Atoms react chemically and change into molecures.The morecules also react chemically and change into another one.We call those changes chemical changes.😃


A way in which those changes are expressed is an equation 化学式.As for nuclear reaction,we can express an equation of the phenomenon.🙋

【Difference between what is called 巻き寿司 and 海苔巻き】



Vinegared rices rolled in dried laver 乾し海苔 are varied such as thick ones,thin ones and others which have various ingredients.🍣



Some of them used to be another kinds of food,for example,to be exact,as to the vinegared rice rolled with dried laver,while the ones in the kansai region used to be called 巻き寿司,another ones in the Kanto region used to be callem 海苔巻き.🍣



We used to distinguish between two of them.By the way, I'm wondering why there is no pictorial symbol 絵文字 for 海苔巻き or 巻き寿司😚



As for difference between them,they were thick ones or thin ones.😃



As to the 巻き寿司 of Kansai way,there used to be in a variety of ingredients such as dried gourd shavings 干瓢,椎茸,a kind of omelet, it means 卵焼き,and cucumber.The 巻き寿司 is quite filling ﾎﾞﾘｭｰﾑがある

I was worried about my English,for I find it interesting to express lots of things,for example,paintings and atomic energy, though I have little knowledge about them.😫

A person who ran a noodle shop boiled the herring, it's 身欠きにしん,with soy sauce,sugar and 味醂 softly.The person served the fish as an ingredient of soba.🍜



The そば heightened its popularity instantly and became a local specialty of Kyoto in a flash.🐡



The noodle shop runs at present. As for its broth 煮汁,an amount of boiled down 煮詰まった is added to the broth.To my surprise,the broth has been used by adding new one since the beginning of the noodle shop.🍜


A knack of the にしん蕎麦 is the herring is to be hidden by the そば,so taste of the herring penetrates the broth from bottom of its bowl.🐡

I tried to help the thread who asked for an answer expected a special meaning on this word.
As looking into technical term dictionary and from where the word 【icing】 comes from by looking into etymological dictionary（語源辞書）, I think your judgement hit the mark.

It is normal English word and has meaning just as you taught me, “to make something cool down as an ice”. What made thing a bit difficult was that the writer （who put a question ）was somewhat expecting an unexpected, or some special meaning on it. I, at first took the meaninig of the question wrong,and introduced her 菓子用語 or how to make icing decoration.😫

By the way, have you tried biscuits decorated by icing?✨ As for me, I used to love it, but recently, I tend to have cookies without decorations.

『櫃まぶ』し



櫃まぶし is local specialty which is mainly eaten around Nagoya city.


櫃まぶし is next one.Cutting a grilled eel 鰻の蒲焼き into fine pieces and it's served to us on rice in little lidded wooden container 櫃😃


We usually eat it with three different way. We mix the rice with the eel and eat it, so we call it 櫃まぶし.😃



At first,we eat a bowl of rice with ordinary way.As for a second bowl of rice,we eat the 櫃まぶし with some condiments 薬味 such as wasabi,toasted laver 焼き海苔 and long green onion 長ねぎ. Those three condiments are suitable for the eel.😺


As to a third bowl of rice,adding green tea 煎茶 or soup stock 出し to another bowl of rice like a second way, it means 櫃まぶし with some condiments, and we eat it like お茶漬け.🍵


It's said the way of eating お茶漬け was contrived so as to eat the eel which went bad.😚



To tell the truth,I've never tried the 櫃まぶし. I'm wondering if I try to eat it some day.😚

Speaking of Hyogo prefecture, the Kobe city is liable to being brought into the public eye, but the prefecture is so large that its southern area faces to the Seto Inland Sea,and its northern one faces the Japan sea.🌊


The Hyogo prefecture is made up with five characteristic areas.😃

A gratin has been firmly established in Japan as home cooking.It's a French cooking.🍴

The cycle of revolution around the sun is in inverse proportion 反比例する to distance from the sun.It's the third law of Kepler,though I can't understand at all why it is.😩

A painter who used to represent some works with a rococo style for a living and was said to be a specialist who used to paint bust and hip of female,Millet,made up his mind to change direction as a painter.😤

【Michelangelo】


『A painter who represented inside of human with body of some models in which his paintings』



Painting on the ceiling and the wall on the altar in chapel of ｼｽﾃｨｰﾅ is monumental landmark 金字塔 in both in quality and quantity in art of the Renaissance.😲



Its painter was Michelangelo what is called a great figure in the Renaissance.When looking his works, the flesh which he painted in his works looks as if they crammed to the breaking point.👏

I can understand what isotope is,so I'm going to express radioisotope.


As for some atoms which have same number of protons and are same atomic number,each of isotopes of the atoms has different neutrons,so each of amount of mass also differs.


Being different amount of mass changes stability of atomic nucleus.The difference of the stability is a key point whether or not the isotope is radioactive.


In short,unstable isotope becomes radioactive, and learns to be called radioisotope.


The radioisotope is atomic nucleus which emits radiation because the atomic nucleus is unstable,so it tries to change stable one.


Therefore even if there are some of same chemical elements,some are stable and others are unstable. It depends on the isotope.


As for hxdrogen and carbon,3H and 14C are radioactivity.

【Is atomic nucleus 原子核 stable?】


There is an atom of which number is same but amount of mass is different.As for hydrogen,there are three kinds of isotopes.



The difference between the three isotope is the amount of neutrons which are included in their atomic nucleus.

【The symbol of an element 元素記号,an atomic number,amount of mass and isotope 同位体】


An atomic number is to be expressed at the lower left of the symbol of an element,and amount of its mass is to be described at upper left of the symbol of the element.


When dealing with chemical reaction of the atom like an ordinary chemistry,the atomic number is important,but when handling matters such as the atomic nuclear,in particular,nuclear fission 核分裂,nuclear fusion 核融合,nuclear reaction：the amount of mass plays an important role.


We call some chemical elements of which the atomic number is same but the amount of mass is different isotope.As for chemical nature and reaction of atoms,electrons are essential.



For example,the atomic number of hydrogen is 1 and there are 3 isotopes.1hydrogen. Its amount of mass is 1 and it doesn't have any neutrons.


As for the number 1 of the 1hydrogen, it's the amount of its mass.I should write it at upper left of the hydrogen with little way 小さな字, but I can't do it with my cellphone

【Cheeseburger】


Lots of people love cheeseburger and hamburger.As for an origin of the cheeseburger,there seems to be unexpected mistakes.🍔


A steak of minced meat, the origin of a hamburger steak is a city of Germany,Hamburg.The hamburger means the minced steak of Hamburg way.🍔


The hamburger is food which puts hamburg between two sliced bread.Some people made cheeseburger and fishburger,changing its ingredients.😊



Since they didn't know the origin of the hamburger,they thought the ham was added to burger,so it's called hamburger.😱


They thought up new ingredients for the food such cheese and fish.🍔



However,the cheeseburger isn't Japanese English,so if we say cheeseburger,we will be able to make ourselves understood.👍

【The Red Sea】and so on.



As for the Red Sea,there are various views.There is the Black Sea in the North,on the other hand there is the Red Sea in the South.In short ,therefore it indicates its direction,though it doesn't always express why the Red Sea is scarlet.😚


Herodotus,who was a historian in the ancient Greece,used to say the Egypt was red earth and called its sea the Red Sea.😃



By the way,as for those opinions, others told me the one and I searched for the other in the internet.😳

【The Red Sea】


There is the Red Sea between the African continent and the Arabian peninsula,but in spite of its name,it's usually an ordinary sea,but it suddenly changes into red frequently.🌴



When red tide 赤潮 breaks out,lots of kind of insects 渦鞭毛虫類 appear and the sea turns into red,so we call it the Red Sea.🌅


There is some other seas which have name of color such as the Black Sea and the Yellow Sea.🌴



As for the Black Sea which is between southern Europe and western Asia,the surface of the sea looks blue, but there is some black water in its depth.🌴



Its water can't be changed with the open sea 外洋 and the lots of bacteria were dead owing to lacking of oxygen.The hydrogen sulfide 硫化水素 from which generated the dead bodies of the bacteria has turned the sea into black.😃


As for the Yellow Sea which is in the eastern of China,yellow earth and sand which are being flowed from the Yellow river turn the sea yellow.Its water is more yellow and muddy than the open sea.😚

【Atomic nuclear】


All matter is made from atoms. The atom resembles a ball which is made from tiny clouds.☁



There is more tiny point in its center. It's a atomic nuclear.If the atom is a huge thing which two domed baseball studiums were put together like enormous two pancakes with bean jam in between どら焼き,the atomic nuclear will be size of a ball of pachnko,but to my surprise,the weight of the atom is almost equal to mass 質量 of the atomic nuclear.😲

【Edwin Hubble】


『A great astronomer was dead just before he received news of winning the Nobel Prize』


Edwin Hubble was one of typical astronomers and it is said it was Hubble who establised basis of modern theories of the universe.🌌


He discovered next things.There are some other galaxies except for ours and 赤方偏移. I want to express the phenomenon of the 赤方偏移, but too difficult to do it,so I'm going to express it after search in the internet.😤



It was in 1919 when Hubble became a member of the staff of Wilson astronomical observatory 天文台 and at the same time a gigantic telescope of which diameter was no less than 100 inches was completed.🌌


Einstein discovered the universe swells and shrinks with his principle of relativity 相対性理論 before Hubble did.🎉


However he couln't believe his theory,so he said it was the worst mistake in his life when he heard the discovery of Hubble.😭

【What is 水ガラス？】



When the nuclear power plant broke out in Fukushima,some water which was adopted for urgent cooling against the spent nuclear fuel ended up becoming polluted water in high density and it accumulated in a pit 立て抗 through some plumbing 配管.


To make matters worse,the water started leaking from some cracks into the sea.The people tried to stop it and adopted some polymer 高吸水性高分子, but they failed to stop leaking,so they adopted what is called 水ガラス.



Main component of glass is quartz 石英 and its chief ingredient is silicon dioxide 二酸化ケイ素. The silicon dioxide and other ingredint are melt and were mixed them each other.We add some water to the mixture and heat it,so we can complete water solution 水溶液 in high density. It's 水ガラス.



The 水ガラス has strong viscosity 粘性 like starch syrup 水飴,so it's used for glue,fireproof paint,materials to improve soil at public works 土木工事.



The 水ガラス is odorless, but stimulative and has strong acidity.It's apt to cause sore for a mucous membrance 粘膜.

We imagine radiation is dreadful, but is it really terrible?Isn't there something useful for us?😃


The radiation is connecting with modern medical treatment closely.For example,there is x-rays.Almost all of grown-ups seem to have experienced rentgeography ﾚﾝﾄｹﾞﾝ撮影.😃


Some people have been taken some photographs of x-ray after drinking barium, and others have been taken careful test with CT scanner.Those photographys of X-ray is being exposed to external rdaiation,to be exact,but the amount of being exposed to radiation is slight, so it never causes to damage to our health.😃


It's 重粒子線 which atomic nuclear of protons 陽子,and atoms of carbon and neon are accelerated that we recently pay attention.🙌

【The earth emits radiation】


We sometimes express the cold earth. It's the earth' crust 地殻 and while it's just no more than 30km,the diameter of the earth is no less than 13.000 km.Inside of the earth is a mantle and its temperature is hundreds ℃🔥



Why is the inside of the earth so hot? It's said when the earth was born,the earth was high temperature and was melted because of the heat of collision and friction by meteorites 隕石,though it was 4.8 billion years ago.🌏

【Chocolate】


Children love chocolate.It's so sweet that it's popular among the children, I'm wondering.🍫


To my surprise,an origin of the chocolate is bitter water.The chocolate was originally beverage for people of the ｱｽﾃｶ in Mexico,and they used to boiled some beans of cacao which were crushed and to drink with spices.💧

It's said that there is no problem about reaction of the MOX fuel in the nuclear reactor,so it's said we can deal with the fuel like ordinary one of uranium.☝


However there is some opinions in which the radioactivity of the spent nuclear fuel is stronger than uranium one and danger is pointed out.😥

【As to my remark of Newton】


Contrary to the dynamics 力学 of Newton in which he insisted he could measure everything,when we handle minimum phenomena such as atom,molecure,electron, and an elementary particle 素粒子,we can't measure their positions and amount of theitr motion precisely.😃


While the atom and electron have character as particle,they have also feature wave.


As for an electromagnetic waves,it has both character of wave and particle.If introducing concept of a quantum 量子,we can understand some movements of particle and electromagnetic wave.We call the concept quantum mechanism 量子学.😃


I'm going to express relations between colors and their waves.Generally speaking,colors of a thing is two kinds.Color of a thing itself and another one whiche releases.🌈

【Some laws of Kepler for motions of planets】


The second law of Kepler is next one.While planets gain its speed when they are near the sun,they reduce its speed when they are far away from the sun.🌠


There is one more law of Kepler concernimg motions of planets,but to my sorrow,I can't express it at the moment.To tell the truth,too difficult to describe. It means other two laws aren't always easy.I'm sure their expressions are difficult for an amateur like me,but some of the expressions are easy even for me,and I picked up them and expressed.I'm going to described the third law of kepler in the near future.😤



As for his opinion that light is particle,contrary to his opinion,there is another one.It's the light is wave motion. 波動😃


According to dynamics 力学 of Newton,if we can measure first condition for everything,we expect to be described motion（its position and amount of motion）after the first condition completely.😃

Isaac Newton had some reputable title of an alchemist 錬金術師,a natural philosopher and a mathematician.He is one of the modern greatest scientists.😃



He told the laws and equations 方程式 of motions of the law of the universal gravitation 万有引力 and completed classic math and created classic dynamics 力学.His achievements were so difficult that a mediocre person 凡人 like me is confused.😣


As for his famous episode of the universal gravitation when he saw an apple fall from a tree and discovered the law,there is a slight mistakes.🍎



The episode says he saw the apple fall under the tree, but it seemed to be true that he could see the tree of the apple from his house,so it was likely to cause his famous episode.😃


His theories seem to be hard to understand at first sight, but it showed that he was always interested in a thing of his everyday life and he got some ideas of his theories from those happenings.😃

Some people think Einstein developed the atomic bomb but it's in the wrong.The fact is he didn't participate in its development at all.😃

By the way, I'm interested in paintings,though I can't understand their worth at all,for example Modigliani.😃

He visited Japan only once and stayed for 43 days and gave a lecture in each place 各地. His purpose of visiting Japan was that he made sure there was beautiful Japan which 小泉八雲,ﾗﾌｶﾃﾞｨｵ･ﾊｰﾝ expressed and promoted the friendly internal relations by worldwide scientific connections.🗾

I made a mistake. I expressed half-time at last remark. It's a physical half-time.When taking radioactive materials in our body,its half-time will change.



A radioactive material which has long physical half time isn't always long biological half-time.For example, cesium 137,its physical half time is 30 years,but biological one is about 100 days,so almost all of the cesium 137 is discharged in a year,though we have to be careful about it. Oh I have to be careful of my remarks.😳



As for plutonium, both of its physical and biological half time are so long that it is said it will remain in the body for years,so if taking it in our body,we will be exposed to the radiation from inside for a long time.

【Half-time of radiation】



When radioactive collapse happens,radioactive materials change into another stable atom,emitting radiation.



Once being the well-balanced matter,it never emits radiation,therefore the radioactive materials lose radioactivity,and fall to pieces as non-toxic matter in the future.


The life of the radioactive materials show as half-time半減期.The half-time means a period that the radioactive materials lose its half radioactivity.Each of the radioactive materials have each of the half-time.


For example the half-time of the ﾖｳ素131 is 8 days.Let's supposed the amount of the ﾖｳ素131 was 100. It would become 50 in 8 days and 25 in 16 days. In short,it would become below 1/10 in a month,so the ﾖｳ素131 will be brought to a peaceful settlement as time passes.😃


However all the half-time of the radioactive maperials aren't so short.To make matters worse,if taking the radioactive materials which have long half-time,we may be exposed to radiation from inside of our body for a long time.

The waves of the Renaissance which started in Italy in the 14th century spread all over the Europe. It was great events which revolutionized consciousness of people in those days.They reexamined some classical things and human nature under the Renaissance.😃



In addition,an idea that the humans are center of all the things and criteria raised recognition of individuals as a painter.🙌

Almost all of the painters had been as annoymous 匿名 craftsman until the Renaissance, but they changed into another artists who reflect their own thoughts and personalities on their works.🙆

Detecting the elementary particle in the atmosphere,to be exact,means detecting neutrino 中性微粒子 in the atmosphere.😃



The neutrino in the atmosphere is the elementary particle that cosmic rays 宇宙線 shone from the sun and bumps the atmosphere around the earth and generates.🌏


In 1987 February,right after Mr.Koshiba starting the research neutrino and just before his leaving the Tokyo university,a wonderful luck came to him. It's also a first step for the Nobel prize.👣


In the faraway Magellan nebula 星雲 in the universe,an explosion of supernova 超新星 broke out and incredibly lots of neutrinoes shone on the earth🙌



The supernova is a star which suddenly increases its brigtness of 10 billion times of the sun.After that, it decreases its brightness in few years. A physicist, Masatoshi Koshiba,who calls himself,『a strange scholar』or 『the one who dropped behind the Tokyo university』and carries out of his position as a researcher who makes much of experimental site.😃


He received a Nobel prize in 2002 and a reason of his winning the prize is hard for an amateur to understand.It's like the next one in Japanesese.😥

Doughnuts



There are some specialty stores 専門店 of doughnts in Japan. It shows they are Western cakes which are popular among we Japanese.🍩

In Kansai region,they call 炊き込み御飯 boiled rice mixed with vegetables and,meat,or fish.In Japanese, it's not 火薬ご飯 but 加薬ご飯,though it's food,so it can't be 火薬🍚


加薬 means herb medicine 漢方薬 which help to absorb in some elements of having an immediate effect when taking an ordinary herb medicine.💊


The word of『加薬』 originates from it,we learned to call whole of ingredients which make rice,a leading part 主役 in meal,look delicious and make the people eat them so.🍚

【Chou a la creme】


Comparing to other western-style cake,a cream puff ｼｭｰｸﾘｰﾑ doesn't stand on ceremony かしこまらない at all,for when eating it,without putting on a plate,we only have to eat with our fingers.🍰


The cream puff is treated as a kind of cheap sweets 駄菓子 in France actually.The people who are familiar with the French know,the cream puff is called chou a la creme.Chou is cabbag, and the word a la creme is a cake in cream in French.🍰

【Mask】


We use masks to prevent us from absorbing radioactive materials, but how much are they effective? As for its use and function, there are a variety of masks,and some of them are of no use to radioactivi materials.😥


An ordinary ones which we use our everyday life on the market 市販されてる for virus and pollen 花粉,therefore it has little effect for radioactivity.😱



A diameter of the pollen is from 20 to 40 micron,1/1000 ㎜,but a minute particle is 1/10 of the pollen,so dustproof 防塵 mask is effective.😃


As for the performance 性能 of dustproof of the mask,its standard 規格 is DS2 or DS3.The DS3 sticks to our mouths,and it prevents the minute particles from flowing into our mouths.😃


There are few minute particles which is so less that even the DS3 can't protect us, though it isn't perfect.😔


The diameter of the minute particles of the radioactive materials tend to become large as time passes,so the more time passes,the more the proofdust mask is useful.😃

【Nuclear power plant disater】


As for the damage of the disaster, I've wanted to have comments which encourage others, but to my sorrow,the damage is too bad to do it.😥



If a stupid man like me did that,all of the people all over the Japan would not be thrown into confusion.😔

【To eat fish safely】



Some fish caught off Fukushima prefecture was forbidden to shipment due to being detected radioactive materials.💀


In addition,though not being forbidden to shipment,some fish off Ibaraki prefectur was also detected radioactive material.💀



For safety,when eating fish,at first we should get rid of bone and eat them.🐡



As to the radioactive materials taken in human body,some chemical elements are limited to accumulate some organizations.💀

Taking shelter indoors changed into taking shelter voluntarily.As long as they live more than 20 ㎞ away,they can avoid touching radioactive materials,the government seemed to consider like that.😠


Can we protect from all sorts of radiation with a wall of ordinary house?It depends on,for there are some radiation which penetrate things,so we should be careful.😠

As for personal feelings,they are no problems. When suffering from something difficult or feeling something happy,we feel a variety of things.Expressing them in English is improving our English ability and Gaving vent to your pent up feelings of yours心の中のもやもやゆ吐き出す is by far better than having them with yourselves.😃

At first, it is absolutely OK to take a look at the thread I used to visit, because it is an
‘bulletin board’and anyone can see them at any time they like. At contrary, I felt your true gentleness to me by your words and attitude.

I thought because you were worring about me, and that you tried to see what I wrote to them.
I am sure that you are a person who has good manners and never visit other thread at random むやみやたらに.
It is me that has to be ashamed to my own behavior, I had been friends with them but what I did was ...


The hidden reason why I left the thread is that it is a popular thread and I always felt sorry to people in stricken area of the terrible quake on March 11. If it was not such big thread, I would have keep on visiting them, but day by day, it was a burden and my heart aches.
